The cost to get a site up and running basically comes down to four main
elements.

• Cost of the pages to build
• Cost of domain name
• Cost of hosting
• Cost of maintaining the site on the Internet (this is usually done by the
Web Master that built it.)  

There are other costs to do with the uploading of the site for
Example :-the initial upload of the site (one off fee), extra elements
Ect..

I can build you a site and get it up and running for a fraction of the
cost that other Web site developers charge since I alone do all
the building of the site and uploading it the Internet to keep prices
to minimum.

Unfortunately there a few costs that are not negotiable because
these are supplied by third party providers,however keeping the costs
down is what I’d be looking for when designing a web site.
